Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 29, 2026
Welcome to Astrocade Index (referred to as the "Service"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
1. Description of Service
Astrocade Index is an unofficial, community-managed web application that compiles public metrics, statistics, and leaderboard rankings for creators and games on the Astrocade AI platform. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Astrocade AI. All developer platform trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Accuracy and Availability of Data
All metrics (including play counts, deltas, and follower numbers) are scraped from public developer feeds. While we aim to update this information every 2 minutes, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or real-time precision of any data. Play delta metrics are precomputed for visual indexing purposes and may fluctuate due to scraping outages or API changes on the target platform.
3. Prohibited Conduct
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Scrape or extract database contents via automated bots or scripts without obtaining prior written permission.
- Impersonate any creator or attempt to manipulate leaderboard metrics by submitting incorrect profiles.
- Interfere with or disrupt server networks, Cloudflare Workers, or Supabase instances linked to the Service.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE WEBSITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS DATA.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
